I had a mummy MOT with Rosie, checked posture, pelvic floor, tummy and recommended some exercises. Rosie was very knowledgable and easy to talk to, baby and I felt very welcome, would recommend to all Mums.

Rosie’s online Pilates class is excellent, she corrects you and gives you as much input and support as though you were in an in person small group class. Thanks Rosie for all your help the last months!

I visited the clinic for sports massages during marathon training and to help with a hamstring injury 2 weeks prior to running it. Ben Conway was amazing, super friendly and helped me to continue training and get to the finish line in one piece ! Would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone struggling with an injury!

I went there for a new niggle I had in my neck, and they’re so good I’m going back to solve my long standing knee problems I’ve gotten used to and been ignoring. Would highly recommend!

I had a really positive experience with the clinic and physio Ben Conway. Appointments were easy to book, always took place when they were scheduled and the access to the facilities made it easy to trial the recommended exercises during the session. I came in with a hamstring niggle that had been persisting for 2-3 months. Ben gave me some treatment and also provided a series of exercises to incorporate in my regular workout routine. This enabled me to continue playing football regularly while gradually making the injury better. With Ben's help I reached the point where I could once again play football without the hamstring pain during/after the game. I'd strongly recommend both the clinic and Ben to anyone looking for some help with an injury.
