I have spent a bit of time recently looking for a more modern BMW than the one I had. A friend of mine recommended BQC since she had a great experience with them. I was really impressed with the high level of service I was provided from start to finish. Every day I drive the car joyfully. Me and my partner have no difficulty in recommending this forecourt for thier excellent customer service.

A nightmare experience left us £500 out of pocket and in touch with Trading Standards. Avoid at all costs. Saw the car, loved it, spoke to the dealer to discuss the car's history and negotiate the price, and agreed on delivery pending some repairs scheduled on the vehicle. We gave a £500 deposit, which reserved the car for 14 days, and the kids started getting excited. Heard nothing regarding the repair or delivery for six days, so inquired, and the owner told us the parts had arrived and work was set to commence the following day. Another week passed, and we got back in touch to be told the work was about to be undertaken and to expect an update no later than noon the following day. No update was forthcoming, and by now, the alarm bells were ringing loudly. After performing a history check on the car, we discovered it was previously written off under Category N. We immediately contacted the sales rep and indicated that we were no longer happy buying the car and wanted our deposit returned, 15 days since initially paid. The sales rep was unsure, and confirmed with the owner of Best Quality Autos that the car was previously written off, and asked us for our bank details to pay the deposit back. The owner then called back and told us that the deposit would not be refunded as the vehicle description included "CAT N" and asserted this was clear in the ad, despite it being tucked away beside inconsequential information about the numbers of keys and seats in the vehicle. At no point did the sales rep indicate to us in conversation about the car's history that it had previously been written off. It is the seller's legal responsibility to clearly communicate whether a vehicle has been previously written off, and this was not the case.

Excellent car, honest and helpful sales team. I was allowed to look around the car without the weird feeling that I was being watched. Generous 3-month warranty. I would certainly recommend BQC to my family and friends.

Definitely high standard 5* service. Actually, from A to Z you couldn't ask for anything more. Due I was abroad I had to buy over the phone without seeing it personally and the car was exactly as described, even down to the smallest details that I was made aware of. The staff wasn't pushy anymore. Thank you guys for the mint service provided and absolutely was worth the 400-mile round trip.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC90. This was at the end of lockdown and they were very good in keeping things safe and arranging appointments. Communication was swift. After taking ownership, I found a fault. Nothing to do with the dealer and not something that could have been avoided. Secondhand car dealers have a bad reputation, but Adam and his colleauges sorted the issue really quickly and were totally fair in coming to an agreement. Buying a secondhand car always has some risk, for both parties, but when you buy from a good dealer who is very fair and reasonable, you can't ask for me. Based on my eperience, I would recommend BQC.
