Excellent service always. The care given to my rabbit when he was ill was above & beyond. I was incredibly grateful to the staff & vets. I've been a client all my life. Care given to my dog, cat, guinea pigs, rabbit and my late horse always excellent.
Not impressed at all took my sisters cats for they yearly check and when it comes to payment they wouldn't allow my dad to put his pin number in himself and demanded he told them this to take payment very unprofessional and breach of confidentiality. Safe to say I've told my dad to change his pin
