I contacted him a couple of times and he was going to return, but he let me down again.

The truth is that you had promised to return with a trailer to clean up my yard and take rubbish and unwanted items to the tip. Then a few days later we went into the first lockdown. I'm sure there were times when external work could have been done, but I never heard from you.
At the end of the lockdown I sent you an email, but I did not get a reply. So after a while of waiting for a response, I rang you and did get an agreement that you would come to see me that Friday. At that time I told you that all I wanted doing was the small amount of skirting and associated work needed to complement the Laminate Flooring that you had fitted. That was to be the last time I would hear from you, because you failed to turn up and didn't call or send an explanation. After a while I gave up on hearing from you and I've had to live with my unfinished job ever since.
George let's not blame everything on the Pandemic; you let me down big time.
George put up a tv mount under 10 months ago and over time the work has damaged the wall. I have gotten another tradesman out who stated the tv mount was incorrectly fixed onto the wall which has caused the damage over time. I would not recommend George has he was not forthcoming fix the work he did and instead blame the problem on time rather than the actual job itself.
There’s no job too big for George, you have a problem he will fix it. Takes great pride in his work and gives amazing value for money for the work he does. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend 👌
Anything George has done for us, has always been to a good standard.
He is always busy, but he will always try and reach you.
