Jon is an extremely professional physio, very knowledgeable and friendly. My knee dramatically improved through a number of sessions which were in a calm and relaxed environment. The problems were quickly identified and his expertise got me back to my former self so I could get back to doing what I love- bouncing around. Aftercare is fantastic and it makes such a difference to have that support there if I need it.

Jon Castle helped me understand my plantar fascia injury and put together a course of treatment which has been really effective. Very practical and good humoured even at the end of a long day.

We have worked with Jon and his team for over 6 years now as they are extremely knowledgeable and personable. We work closely with them across clinic sites and they are our go-to clinic for our patients who are based in the City of London. Jon has great clinical skills in managing a whole spectrum of sporting, occupational and general injuries and is able to clearly explain and educate his patients. This helps you choose what treatment you want to use during the recovery journey. Well done Jon and team - keep up the good work!!

My knee improved dramatically whilst attending physiotherapy sessions at Bespoke Physio. Jon adapted my routine accordingly each week based on my feedback and progress and has also given me a programme I can complete to help prevent further issues in the future.
