During lockdown I tore ligaments either side of my right ankle and was recommended Ben Lee by my consultant. Due to the restrictions we initially started work virtually on zoom - which was odd at first - but was excellent for giving me the confidence and exercises to work on for strengthening. Ben was very experienced and listened to what I was experiencing and made recommendations, despite being unable to physically see me I felt well taken care of. During the last few weeks I’ve been visiting the Canary Wharf site in person for some hands-on support and very happy with the safety measures in the building and we recently concluded with my ankle in the best shape it could have been in a short time. The masseuse Paolo was recommended to me by a friend. He was a really really nice guy, made me feel very relaxed and comfortable! The reception staff once in the clinic, we're very hospitable and extremely polite, can't do enough for you! The whole atmosphere is very calming. Paolo's technique is honestly second to none. I've been to a lot of high end physiotherapy clinics, but this by far excels any other in central London. I left feeling like a new person and will definitely be returning on my next visit to the capital. Thanks again to Paolo and the team at London City Physiotherapy

Each time I have an injury I go here. The specialists here will make sure to help you ease the pain quickly and give you advice how to avoid such injuries in the future. They also do amazing sports massage. I have been going there for the last 4-5 years and they never disappointed me.
