Peta and Michaela are amazing therapists. I have used them for a few years now off and on for different injuries and issues and they really try to find the root cause of the issue and provide loads of helpful advice and exercises to fix the problem long term, rather than just massaging the muscles and fascia for the short term improvement. As for the sports massage itself, I feel a benefit immediately but without the excruciating pain I’ve had with other therapists, and no bruising either. They are fantastic! Highly recommend.
DO NOT GO HERE - extremely rude and aggressive staff and the reviews seem to be fake.
