The team at Spectrum health have been instrumental in rehabilitating and fixing my knee issue. Rob is very knowledgeable and created a focused and comprehensive plan to manage then remove all pain. Shannon was incredibly attentive and diligent when monitoring my rehabilitation exercises. I couldn't recommend enough.

Excellent service and sorted in my wrist out in a few sessions. Rob and his team provided a covid safe environment where I was comfortable to attend in person therapy. Thank you and highly recommend for all your physio needs

I initially found the clinic online and was looking for a cure for my trapped ulnar nerve, worried that it was so severe that nothing would ever work. However, I found Rob to be extremely helpful, immediately able to diagnose where the nerve was trapped through our Zoom meeting, and able to recommend exercises which very rapidly began to have a positive impact. Over the course of the coming weeks, Rob and his colleagues provided me with all the exercises I needed to both untrap the nerve and strengthen surrounding muscles- with a brilliant set of personalised exercises saved on an app that I could access at any time. Today was my last session - and what I thought would never fix is now completely cured. So professional, friendly and accessible - cannot recommend highly enough. Fantastic value for money too - really felt looked after. So impressed that I have sent my daughter here too - thank you so much for giving me back my hand and wrist, Rob and team!!

Great support and always going the extra mile from Ant and the team. I had a torn ligament in my ankle and always felt in safe hands. The team carefully listened and discussed all recovery steps with me. They have the newest equipment, some stuff I haven't heard before. I would highly recommend to go to Spectrum Health, if you want the best help and recovery.

I’ve had 10 sessions with Rob, Shana and Ant at Spectrum Health to help with lower and mid back tension. I could not recommend this team highly enough for physio! A professional, compassionate and friendly team who provide tailored treatments. 5 stars!
