I completed my Solution Focused Hypnotherapy training with Alina Bialek at the Integrity Centre earlier this year. Alina's energy and personality really enhanced the course and the studio is a great space, with excellent facilities. If I didn't live so far away I would definitely be a regular at this yoga studio.

All I can say is that Alina and Irek are so very supportive and encouraging of everybody, an fact that goes for all the instructors I have met there! Started in November 2019 as a complete newbie to Yoga, took private lessons with Alina as I am no spring chicken at over 60 and time has taken its toll with various injuries, in addition my naive perception of Yoga made me nervous of what I could achieve in a class. Actually did a couple of classes pre lock down and am so very grateful for the on-line classes being provided during the current situation. I think the ultimate accolade is that I am still practicing Yoga, enjoying it and feeling the benefits.... you are never too old!! Thank you both!

If you really want to get in good mental and physical place, then join Alina's classes - she's absolutely brilliant! My sister and I joined the place on an offer to see if we'd like yoga at all. We typically enjoy more intensive sports and thought that we'll be bored to death. Now, after a short week, we've decided that we will continue with the Integrity centre instead of returning to a gym. Super happy with the place! Keep up the good work, guys!

Integrity centre is amazing. I tried Alina's yoga class and absolutely loved it. She's so energetic and so her classes. I also had a chance to try one massage and it was great. When you come to the studio you forget about everyday worries and just relax. The whole atmosphere is unique. Everyone is positive and smiles. I highly recommend this place!

I have been going to the Integrity Centre for about 3 months now and I absolutely love it! Alina is a great yoga instructor - she is very personable in her approach and has a wonderful character. Her classes are quite challenging and fairly varied. I have seen massive improvements in my breathing, core and balance since I started, which I'm thankful for as I can now do a headstand (albeit a very wobbly one!). Be sure to try this place, I can't recommend it enough!
