Fabulous experience shopping with three children for school shoes. We received a warm welcome and encouraged to use hand sanitizer on arrival. Staff politely reminder me to put on my face mask. Safety screens in place for shoe fitting. Good range of shoes to try. Girls delighted with their school shoes - best we've seen! I usually dread the queues when shopping for school shoes but today's appointment system was a huge success!!! Thank you to all staff for their patience, kindness and humour, especially the young man who served us and Mia. Thank you again 🙂

Had a fantastic experience at SoleLution in Clifton village at the end of last week. Had my daughter's feet measured and the staff were incredibly helpful and clearly very experienced. Even had time to have a look around for myself as it was so quick and easy to get what we needed for my daughter. Lovely staff, lovely shoes, lovely shop!

The virtual fitting service while the shop is closed is fantastic, my daughter needed her first pair of shoes and Tanya was able to give us the reassurance we needed that the shoes fitted well. The website guidance for how to measure at home was easy to follow and Tanya came around the next day with a variety of sizes and styles to try. We now have a very happy girl who is extremely proud of her shoes! Also always had a great experience in the Clifton shop when we have been in with my son. Thank you!

For shoes that fit all shapes of feet, fabulous staff who couldn't do more for you and a great loyalty scheme - couldn't ask for more. Although the appointment system in place post lockdown might seem unusual, it actually makes for a really pleasant experience- a relaxing experience with your own personal shopper providing option based on your individual preferences - people pay extra for this kind of treatment! All safety measure are of course in place, but it hasn't affected the welcome or the service. I have to give a very special about out to Sarah at Clifton - she is brilliant, both with me and the various children she has helped sort out over the years- I'm back with one who has had yet another growth spurt later this week.

Outstanding customer service from SoleLution. As the Bristol shop is closed, I placed an online order on Monday morning - and on Wednesday morning, Tanya delivered my new shoes by hand! The shoes are perfect, too - lightweight all-leather plimsolls by Lunar St Ives. I’m looking forward to wearing them on my next socially distanced walk... Thoroughly recommended.
