Friendly with a decent variety of mens and ladies clothes
A lot of stock but little customer service ability.
Sense that they are too cool to care. Had an experience with a particularly rude staff member that has really put me off going back.
Their tone needs addressing; their prices are high and no customer should be taken for granted - though they clearly do a lot of trade online (and I guess they can’t pass so much judgement there).
Good service - pleased with these guys I haven't been into the shop for years. But there website and service was excellent. Ordered so trainers, fair price, slick ordering and delivered when they said they would. Thank you and see you again on the next pair I need!
