Went to Skechers in Broadmead, Bristol. Customer service was top notch. The person who served me ran up and down getting me different sizes for different trainers, which I can understand may take a lot of patience haha! They gave me some really good advice on why arch insoles might be beneficial for me and was so friendly. They were super smiley and chatty. We had some great conversation! I wish I got their name!!! They brightened my day! All staff were wearing masks as well :) We managed to find the perfect trainers for me which are like walking on clouds. GoWalk. Love the brand, shop and staff!

Fantastic customer service from Nicola, outstandingly helpful. Love the products got my loyalty card 3 pairs stamed looking forward to my next experience, shopping for the big win other shoe stores should take a leaf out of there book

Awful service, rude people. I wasted my money with the wrong shoe. I don't recommend this store to anyone. I think a store needs people with the least kindness to deal with people.
