The staff in this shop are so lovely! They went out of their way to help with a tricky boot exchange right before lockdown, making a very stressful time that much more cheerful. The shop was super safe & well laid out. Boots are fabulous too, of course.
Karys, Broadmead
Going into store today for the first time, I wanted some extra help with my purchase and I absolutely got that. Karys was nothing but helpful and patient, giving advice on what to wear and how to wear them in. I was in the store for 40 minutes, trying to make up my mind and she continued to help regardless. Amazing staff and perfect choice for me. Thank you! :)

on monday i left swindon to go up to buy a boot, my family and i arrived at the door and we weren't served by anyone, we decided to go in because there weren't many people in the store, after about 10 minutes there came two employees very rude, speaking very loudly and rudely putting us out of the store! very rude and poorly trained staff to deal with people. I went back to my city without my shoes, I go to London to buy but I don’t walk in this store anymore! people treat immigrants like animals in this place! disappointed!!!
Very helpful staff...just bought the first pair of Doc Martens today so had quite a few questions, but the staff was very patient in explaining all the details. She also gave a lot of space for customers to try on the shoes and decide what they want rather than following you around all the time. I'm really happy with the service I got and the quality of the products.
