Simply put...... poor service. I took a family member shopping for a new coat, upon finding one they liked i asked a shop assistant if the product was waterproof.
I spent a few minutes trying to explain water proof in various ways due to the language barrier between the staff and myself. When the question was finally understood I was told no it wasn't.
Anyhow upon getting the coat home I started examining the jacket and noticed the lining had words printed in the same colour as the lining all through the inside. It appeared to indicate it was waterproof. Running it under a tap, yes its waterproof.
So the product knowledge wasn't there and instead of finding the required information which wasn't in any of the labeling decided to guess at the answer. Quite frustrating.
Not my kind of store. Sizes are small and not a lot of attractive stuffs.
It's a lovely shop but was disappointed by the choice available considering the space
Nice layout and range of clothes, but from my last few visits I felt the staff were quite grumpy and blunt.
