Bad customer service from the lady at the door. Ordered tables (furniture), to be delivered to the store. When I ask where I go to collect the furniture she scowled at me and remarked how they don’t do collections for furniture. Before she tried to correct me and get me to agree it was a ‘parcel’.
Surely common sense would prevail and she would clearly know that I meant the deliveries section?
Either way poor customer service if you flip out over a simple question...
Big store with variety of different items. They offer casual clothes, homewear, sportswear, lingerie and accessories. Their kids section is very cute and colourful but functional and stylish. The overall quality of the products is high. The prices are quite expensive on average.
Nice store, great service. Was able to get everything I wanted in Next, Bristol.
On the outskirts of all the other shops? But good value
