While visiting Bristol, I popped into the store hoping to try the new Marc Jacobs fragrance. Sara was amazing, giving me a few samples to try, my partner too!
She was helpful, friendly and very professional, and we felt very safe in the store with covid measures in place. Thank you Sara for making our day!
Great to finally go back into a big department store. Lots of brilliant top designer bargains to be had although still not able to try anything on. It was a shame the eyebrow bar wasn't open but I managed to find somewhere else in Cabot Circus 😅
Posh shop but you can get good deals
What was once a respected store is now more jumble sale.
Nice place but quite poor service. It takes ages to be serviced. I guess this is due to a shortage of staff.
