I rang on Monday to order some parts for an Aladdin oil lamp, Scott advised the correct chimney (choice of two), parts arrived Wednesday, father (lamp owner) is absolutely delighted. Excellent service.

Really impressed with the service provided. We unfortunately damaged an old light made by caithness glass and needed to find a replacement. After a little bit of hunting around, we found John Moncreiffs who had the original Caithness glass moulds and they were able to make us a unique replacement. Our client was delighted as were we Top class service and a superb finish

Needed some spare mantles and a chimney for my Aladdin lamps. Ordered on Saturday, arrived Tuesday morning. Excellent items, excellent service. Very fragile items very well packed.
