Thomas and his team have just completed a splendid job in replacing the felt, slate and guttering on my roof, bay window and porch in Twickenham. I have dealt with many contractors over the years but Thomas and his team are by far the best. Courteous, professional, considerate and with a genuine pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

Quality First Roofing and team were professional, approachable and so helpful from the get go. Thomas gave a clear survey and quote we could work with, explained the work which needed. Once we agreed on a start date, his team members Mark and Ashley were great guys, worked tirelessly through the week. They answered any queries, were a pleasure to have around and did an amazing job. We practically have a new roof now! After storm damage and ongoing leaks, it’s been a peace of mind we can’t put a price on. I have already recommended their services to family members and thoroughly recommend them. Quality First Roofing are professional, efficient and so reliable not to mention so pleasant and friendly to deal with. Very happy customer.

Quality First Roofing is by far the most professional roofer’s that I’ve dealt with. There honest, thorough and very reliable. They also take a lot of pictures and videos to help explain the work he has done which was really useful. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended. Very happy with my new roof.

I have used this company before for roofing. Thomas is very professional and knowledgeable, explains things clearly and works with the customer to produce solutions to problems . This time some outside decoration was also completed by Quality First Roofing who was very good, preparing well and paying attention to detail. The scaffolders Thomas used were as quiet as possible and respectful, taking care to avoid the pavement tree which has previously been torn by high lorries. During these difficult times everyone respected social distancing and were pleasant to work with. I would definitely use again.

I called Quality First Roofing having done some research online and Thomas came to my property and having inspected the roof, gave me a detailed explanation of the problem, and the causes of it. He completed the work in a very professional manner with appropriate guarantees on all work, providing me with pictures of both pre and post job completion. Price was also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Thomas’s company again, and would definitely recommend them to others. Easy to deal with.
