Can’t get through to anyone on the phone !!!
Very bad customer service
We recently had to attend and found all staff helpful, especially the clerk of the court, the police liaison officer. The two magistrates were very fair and we even ended up joking with front security because we were there all day and were in and out to have a ciggie
Good accessibility by public transport and good witness support.
The staff are completely unhelpful. They don't care about their jobs even though they are dealing with sensitive issues. They are quick to put the phone down and have no empathy whatsoever.
You can tell they are just there to be paid.
Unfriendly and unknowledgeable .
