Where is my money!! Returned my Pink Nike Zooms - 8 on the 28th March between 2pm - 3pm. The manager refused to refund my Saturday delivery packaging cost, after the driver gave up and did not deliver my shoes on time THEN They called customer service to approve my delivery refund in store Came off the phone and couldn’t do it on the system. CALLED THEM AGAIN - This is where the staff in this shop informed me that customer service has refunded my transaction (The whole transaction) Took my trainers - got no email or receipt to prove this Put it back in their stock room ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN REFUNDED!! You ignored the email from Jack Jeffery at customer service on the 2nd April - CHASING MY TRAINERS AND MY REFUND Someone deals to deal with this today! Unprofessional behaviour! Drive out of my way and gave you your item for no refund
