Terrible, terrible customer service from one lady in particular. So rude and completely unprofessional. She didn’t care one bit about her job, and made me feel stupid for asking for a size in US instead of UK, then every time I asked her something from then on out she just ignored me and didn’t say a word. Don’t bother going here unless you want to be bullied. Just shocking.
I got a reasonably priced pair of shoes in no time. Great service.
Good shoes. Different styles and ranges
No stars from me .... Very poor rude service .... avoid ... they tried every excuse to not refund my money on a pair of trainers which were well with in the 14 days refund policy. Bandits.
Tried to palm me of with a gift card, over a £100 no way and what would I do with that, for a start I would not shop with u, but go else where with better service.
Head office you need to investigate this branch.
This is probably the best office shop you can find in London. it has a lot of variety and anything that you find online that is not available in other stores is almost usually available in this store based in One New Change. If you want Birkenstock inspired office version sandals for men I would highly recommend it. I bought my last pair which was office Branded 2 years ago and it is still running good.
Anyone interested in good shoes must visit this store during sale prices.
