Clean shop with non-intrusive but helpful staff.
Shop was rather warm and there was less variety than I thought there might be, but they had the shoes I went there for.
I bought a pair of shoes (£100 - leather) and after 2 months they broke. I went back to the store and the lady said there was nothing she could not, super rude. After I insisted she gave me a phone number to call.
She actually asked me for the shoes to put some glue of them.

The staff were lovely and helpful without being intrusive, but the store was way too hot! I don't know how they survive working there!
Unbelievably rude when going in to return a pair of shoes (which I’d ordered from this store just a few days before). They told me I couldn’t return them there which is the opposite that I was told when ordering them. Then basically wanted me out of the way to make a sale rather than having to deal with a return. Only interested if they’re taking money. Awful service.
Good customer service to bit small shop and selection displayed.
