For many years I was a AllSaints loyal client but... some time ago I purchased a Chelsea boots. I used them maybe 10 times and they started to scratch my heels badly. I went to shoe repairmen all of them said that its a manufacturer defect and I should contact AllSaints before any action or attempt to repair.
After short exchange of emails, customer service said that they cant locate “proof of purchase”... very disappointing service, poor product quality too.

Excellent Customer Service by the guy on the till. Not pushy but helpful. Great welcome on my entrance by Lina, a sales assistant that has finalize my shop experience at the till. She has engaged into a conversation to kill the transaction time, with a great politeness and smile.
Welcoming and helpful associates got me right to the merchandise I was looking for. Fast checkout and good store layout was easy to shop. Got help with sizing which made all the difference, even in a brand I shop often. Recommend.
