Staff very helpful happy with my purchases
I've been shopping at Hugo boss for a long time now and I've never met someone more helpful than the young woman I met a couple of days ago. I came to Hugo Boss desperately looking for a present for my husband and I was stuck for ages but the staff member came over and helped me massively! I asked for her name at the end and she said Natalie. My husband loved the presents and I will most definitely be returning
Had mixed experience with this shop, despite going there many times. There is always the feeling that something is missing. Some members of staff were helpful, and some not, unfortunately.
Good place. 1st visit. Extremely helpful staff. Walked out with 2 purchases with intention of just buying a jacket! Stay away from the cheapside branch which is a 10 min walk away. They full of themselves thinking they are beyond royalty and customers should lick their backsides. Someone needs to put them in their place ... hint hint BOSS head office..
Came to the store to see if the could do something for a watch as my wife bought. I could get better service any coffee shop! what a bad customer services!!! the stuff doesn't seams happy at all. no communication or ever try to help. def do not recommend
