Friendly staff, they were brilliant with my pet. I was worried about not being able to go in with my pet due to the new restrictions. But once I got there and met the vet she made me feel calmer.
Brilliant with my kitten when he went in for his op. Great friendly service and very inexpensive compared to other local vets. This is not my usual vets but they could do an op during covid restrictions which my vet couldn't so brought my boy here instead and after the fantastic experience I will be moving here permanently after my current vet plan expires :)
If you want food for your reptiles then don't bother. Never have anything in stock. If you asked them they never seem to know when any are coming in. You're best going elsewhere.
This place suggested putting my dog down or paying a lump sum of £3k for an operation without doing any scans or checks not knowing what’s wrong with her.
Went to PDSA and they saved my dogs life for £600. (Aswell as a monthly payment plan).
Quick to get an appointment, friendly and helpful the phone, vet explained everything to me, which reassured me I was in good hands.
