Great service
Only been once but am hooked. Such a treat to find people who really care about animals still. Arrived early, both patients before ours were terrified of going in so vet came and treated them outside. Sounds crazy but it wasn't, it was just right. One patient was so reassured after treatment, he happily followed the vet inside for further treatment with tail wagging and jumping up for cuddles! Very happy with our own appointment as well, for both pet and us. Thank you.
I had My dog for 14 years and was very loved the worst thing ever I at to make a choice of having my dog I loved very much put too sleep I looked on line for the best vets which I thought was the best but sadly not. I played £358.00 for the vets to come too my home where my dog lived to have him put too sleep as he was very ill and i wanted to be where he lived and felt comfortable to have this done but sadly when he passed they carried him out on a cheap pink blanket and put him in the boot of a small car.we had a phone call to say that his ashes was ready to pick up so we went and picked them up when we got home to find that they were just in a big plastic bag and in a cardboard box which looked like a shoe box but we're told his ashes would be in a nice presented box .we previous rang the vets to complain about how he was took away and it was not very professional and the lady was speechless and said unfortunately that is the way we take them away which I was not aware of this in the beginning if I knew this I wouldn't of used these vets 😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥
