Lovely independent museum with fascinating exhibits! This museum has a lot more to offer than you think! The entry fees are great, all children get in for free, and for adults you have to pay £4.50 for entry. The good thing about the adult ticket is that if you keep the small ticket that they give you, you get to visit for free for the next year! All of the exhibits inside are all child friendly and very interesting for the adults. The museum and art gallery is based over 3 floors, with lift access to all floors. On the second floor, there is a wonderful art gallery, with paintings and pictures from artists near and far. This makes a wonderful addition to the Museum. There are lots of facts about the town of Tenby, dating back to the prehistoric times! There is also an informative film about how Tenby developed to become the seaside town that we all know today. Overall, this is a great museum with a brilliant art gallery to go with it. It is very cared for by both the staff and the nearby community.

passed the museum every time we visit Tenby so decided to go. really interesting. children have free entry and adults were £5 but you tickets can be used to enter again for 6 months.

Lovely museum. Something for everyone. Our boys really enjoyed dressing up as pirates and Roman soldiers. Even if one does still insist he was a good pirate and a knight though!! Some lovely exhibitions about Tenby. We will be back soon. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Loved finding out about Tenby, really fascinating history and archeological pieces - including mammoth and cave lions teeth. Good local art gallery pieces too and free return visit for up to a year.

on a walk round castle hill take time to visit this museum , it may be small but it's packed with local history that is very well presented
