If you looking to fantastic service and people who are going to look after your bike this is the place to go, I’m not only talking about your new bike either, I have a 14 year old Scott Ransom and they were able to source parts and get me back onto the trails even before the estimated time. Jason and his team are helpful, professional and will keep you informed throughout the process, if you are not happy with anything they are willing to listen and work with you to make sure you are happy. If you having issues with your local bike shop I recommend you give them a try.

Great service from Henley Cycles. My rear hub end cap was seized on my road bike and with bearings in need of replacement, my own mechanic had failed to shift the cap. Took to Henley Cycles, booked the wheel in with Jason, diagnosed within a few days as needing a whole new hub as the seizure meant it had to be cut out. A week later, new hub in, even cleaned my filthy cassette and I was ready to roll. Great service from Jason and his team. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic service from this friendly team. My son’s bike had lost tension in the brake line and I popped in on the off chance they could fix it. Less than 5 minutes later they’d sorted it! They refused to take any payment and sent us on our way. Highly recommended.

My bike was caked in mud and needed a clean up and service. Jason and team did an excellent job with a Level 1 Service which included a thorough check of all parts including lubing the chain / gears etc. My bike looks and rides like new again. Jason knows exactly what he's on about and is amazing what he does. He very kindly did up a wheelchair, which is being donated to a hospital in Oxford. It'll now be lovely strong and safe to be used to help alot of children. And I'll definitely be going there for more bike related things in the future!
