MARY IS NOT NICE
They've got real nice jewelry especially the golds... it has a comfortable vibe and you can get help if you need it.
Staff member called Mary. She is really rude and does not got right attitude to work in shop. H Samuel is just a rip off as they selling rubbish quality for lots of money. I purchased necklace 2 years ago which was keep breaking in every month so i had to ask a refund which was a really hard job. And recently bought a bracelet which was broken after first month.. when i took it back they said they will not repair it for free as i was breaking it. Its ridiculous. Customer service is horrible and not helpful place for sure.. never would recommend it..
