One of the best stores around the area. Staff has always been cordial, lead by an outstanding manager. My last visit was smooth like every time, Mr. Dev helped me select a wonderful gift for other half. Thank you.

I have been to Ernest Jones, Welwyn Garden City a number of times over the years and the manager Dev, I have to say is charm itself. He is helpful, professional and always gives very good advice. I have once or twice chosen jewellery but wasn't sure if it suited me. When I asked his advice he was always very honest and has come up with alternatives which I have been more than happy with. I will also add all of the staff in this store are always more than helpful. Dev I feel always goes beyond that extra mile. Having read some of the other reviews I feel these people must have been in a different store with a different manager! My husband has bought some very expensive watches in this store. Compared with other nearby jewellers the service at Ernest Jones was excellent and you always felt at ease and their only customer even with other people within the store.
