It was first time I bought two watches for my wife from gold Smith's website one was perfect and the other watches wasn't appropriate pack .I spoke to the customer service they advised me to send them back or go to the local shop near by me which was ok.my local shop was around 5 miles a way from me I went to the shop on 18th june shop attended and the manager wasn't really friendly and helpful. Finally I have exchange the watch from the shop but I have to go twice and drive totally 20 miles unfortunately manager or staff neither of them said to me sorry for the trouble caused by them.
Best experience buying a Swiss watch.
Great customer service without fussing over. I like that they gave me time on my own to decide which I like. They were kind and patient with me. Sadly, I didn't find a pair of earring that suits my get up for an upcoming event. I end up buying a cute necklace I could wear everyday :)
