No complaints only I should have had refund on extra petrol I put in car, left me out of pocket
Cancelled van hire. Too much hassle, 3 hours late at Gravesend and wrong type of vehicle. PAYMENT has to be on credit card and not debit. Not advised of this. Had to go back home to get wife's credit card. Went back and then they wanted her driving licence which
was at home. I'll informed throughout.
We been using this branch for a long time and never had any problems with them , very good and respectful people . I will highly recommend.
Though i did not rent the van. It was really nice and clean through out.
