AVOID THSES SCAMBAGS
Never ever rent car from these people. They are not professionals. I had to literally beg for my deposit. They will take several weeks to pay the deposit back and you have to chase them everyday. They are scambags.
This is run by a bunch of thieves. Scumbag family business. They had the intention to steal from me from the very beginning. Run by brothers apparently. I feel disgusted even speaking with them as they're very unprofessional and never keep to their word or any agreement. Robbing people. Should be thrown in jail. I will complain to trading standards. And ensure that this is fully investigated.
I suggest You avoid company like this!
They are completely unreliable!
If You hired car from them - You can forget about Your deposit 500 pounds, or at least most of the deposit!
First - even if You return rented car to them and they will give You sheet of paper wich says what new scratches car have - this means nothing to them. After another week (when rented car already in theyr disposition) they will "found" another damage or scratch and will charge You for that!
Second - They will promise You one thing, but will do another!
Newer trust this company - what You agree on phone - that means nothing to them!
If You need return rented car on Sunday (Your rent period ending on Sunday) - they not working on Saturday and Sunday, so You must return car on Friday, because if They agree, that You can return car on Monday - they will charge You for an extra day rent!
Third - After You return rented car You need wait for several weeks and make dozens of calls to them, to remind them return Your deposit! And after that they maybe show mercy and will return some part of Your deposit!
If You don't want problems - Please Avoid this company!

Horrible Horrible Company. I gave a 100 pound desposit . They randomly informed me, that they are no longer going to rent the vehicle to me and I am yet to receive my desposit back . They are frauds and should be arrested . Please do not hire from these people.
