Absolutely stunning cars, carefully looked after and driven.
Good company they put you at ease 5 star is not enough
We used Heritage cars for my friends wedding.
The car broke down on the way to the church which is unfortunate but is one of those things that can happen. A Mercedes over 20 years old turned up as a replacement but by this time the day was ruined, my guests all see me outside sitting in a broken down car spraying water everywhere, it ruined my dads shoes and it just put a real dampener on the day.
I thought Heritage would at the very least part refund me but i was told my free glass of wine was my compensation. I would never use these again and would highly recommend anyone considering using them to seriously think twice about using these guys.
I am leaving this review on behalf of someone else but was witness to the whole record of events and email communication between Bride and Company which in my opinion was just a palm off.
The 1 star is because i can't leave a review without putting some sort of rating
