Was debited two £35 administration fees simply to notify me that I had to pay two £2.50 Dartford Crossing charges direct to DART even though I had phoned immediately after the hire ended to try and pay. Enterprise Rent-A-Car citations coordinator refused to acknowledge that this was disproportionate despite request for a compromise.

I would like to thank Victoria for the lovely way she dealt with me. Under these strange circumstances with Covid19 I needed a car to be with my father on his death bed. I returned the car early as I sadly never made it in time to be at my father's side. He passed before I even got on the motorway. Both Victoria who dealt with me in person ( socially distanced of course)and Nicky who I spoke with on the phone, showed such empathy for my situation. In times like this, it is so lovely to come across people who are strangers to me but had the grace to treat the situation with the kid gloves it required. Thank you so much for your kindness both of you.

The vehicle wasn't bad, only a broken indicator and minor defects and they blamed the covid19 (could be). But I went there to rent a van, driving mi car and they said I wasn't allowed to park my car there, I had to park outside in the street for the 24hr rental period, when I said they could tell me that by phone or in the posterior emails they sent me, when I was booking, they still saying that was my fault and trying to argue,, anyway after that, they forced me to pay a extra £30 saying if not I would be changed with a £1200 fix rate for any mark, scratch or cheap in the windows, even if I had a accident and not my fault, they still would be charging me that (why the third part insurance then?).. so I find that abusive, the know if you book a vehicle to rent, that means you got that day busy, and probably no time to look around for another option.. so generally poor experience.

Arrived 2 hrs before originally planned, and booked car was not available. No problem for the staff. They upgraded the car and we were on our way without any problems or stress. Recommended .
