I was supported by Alan who acted very professionally. Our first point of contact was via the office where the staff gave excellent advice. When Alan represented us he discussed the case in detail and managed to have the case withdrawn due to inconsistencies in whitneses statements and medical reports. An excellent result to something that shouldnt have gone as far as it did. 😀

First contacted these guys 27th June 2018 and sent them all the info - they refused to do anything until i paid them up front which i did on the 18th July 2018 since when nothing has happened- as at 1st August 2018 have not had a single phone call or email returned or even funds received acknowledgement -
