This practice should have been open by now. But not a lot of information. Thinking of changing. Come on get your act together

They called on the day of the appointment, just a few hours before the appointment, to ask to move it to an earlier time. I couldn't because I'd to negotiate the appointment with work, I can't make sudden changes like that and I have two kids to bring, whose arrangements were all made to pick them up early for the appointment. The appointment was made some months in advance. About an hour later, I got another call saying she was the colleague of the first caller. Said my appointment was cancelled due to 'family emergency'. So if I'd agreed to to the earlier time, I would have been before the start time of the 'family emergency'. An emergency that has a start timing! It's what you get when you have dental students manning the reception station. And funny that I'd to wait two months for the appointment, but now they are able to give me a new one at the same time, only two weeks away. I moved practice after that and they didn't seem bothered.

Signed up as new patient this week and got an appointment right away. All the staff were really friendly. The dentist was wonderful - kind and gentle, and particularly great when checking my toddler's teeth. Highly recommend The Cupar Dentist!
