I am just in the process of purchasing a property in St Andrews, for which this company are the estate agent. I could not have been more impressed with the service they have given me as a buyer (bear in mind that it is the seller that pays for their services). I have been looking in the town for the last two years and this company has significantly outperformed some of the other, somewhat underwhelming, local companies. From the moment I submitted my offer, through to it being accepted, they have been a joy to work with - responsive and professional, and Jimmy Mullen gets a special mention for his attentiveness and support. They have also introduced a weekly Vlog onto their site, which is highly informative on such things as current market conditions, when to accept an offer and so on. As a person unfamiliar with Scottish law on buying and selling property, I have found it really useful. Thank you guys.

Fife properties worked around the clock to get my property sold, and succeeded in getting an excellent price for it too. They were excellent at staying in touch with me and in keeping me abreast of all parts of the process. However, due to a miscommunication within the team, they also accidentally sold a part of the property that was not for sale (!). We eventually managed to resolve this - to the benefit of Fife properties and the buyer. But at least my house was sold quickly, and for a very good price.
