I have a property in Newport on Tay Fife which I let through Premier Property Management and I would certainly recommend this company to carry out filling vacancy which occurs. They have always chosen first class tenants when the occasion has arisen. The staff are more than helpful with any legal requirements and will notify me when any certificates are required. If I am unable to obtain these certificates they are more than willing to deal with the situation. As I have already said I would strongly recommend this company for their friendliness and efficiency.

We have used Premier to let out our property in St Andrews for a number of years. We first reached out to them whilst we ran our property as a holiday let as we were looking for a more stable income and no longer wanted the hassle of weekly (sometimes daily) changeovers. Chris met us at the property and discussed at length what was required in order to let the property long term. We were impressed by his manner, knowledge and professionalism which has echoed throughout our dealings with other members of the team. We have had great long term tenants and any issues within the property have been handled very well. Would recommend to any other landlords. Thank you!
