Quality of produce poor. Items not priced , lack of stock even on displayed items.
Had a great shop today. For a trial period, from today, ladies and men's changing rooms are open. This was great for us as we needed clothes for an up and coming wedding which were were able to try and then purchase. Staff went out of their way to help us. Well done John Lewis.

We were so happily surprised to find the changing rooms opened at Bluewater. All the members of staff were very friendly and helpful and, thanks to them, I left the store fully fitted for a forthcoming wedding. My husband was equally very satisfied with the service he received at the Men's department. Having access to changing rooms makes the shopping experience so much more convenient and satisfying for customers and surely better for business for yourselves in the long run.
