Fitted me in quickly when my dog collapsed suddenly whilst on the beach when I was on holiday in the area. I found them friendly and thorough. Everything was explained well enabling me to make decisions on what to to do about the remaining holiday in the best interests of my dog. They were happy to do further tests but also said that it would wait for me to get home to my usual vet. I left with a clear plan. The vet who examined her was very personable and had a lovely manner with my dog.
They used a faulty scanner on my cat. They said my cat was already chipped. They used a total of three scanners one showed my cat was chipped the other two scanners showed no chip. They continued to say my was chipped. After ascertaining they used a faulty scanner, my cat scanned as a dog. I received no apology for their incompetence. Be wary of this practice as owners know their pets better.
Despite Covid restrictions they're as professional and caring as ever.

Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our little dog Alice. Due to covid things are very different at the moment. We were treated with an amazing you girl. She was so empathic warm and very gentle and caring to our beautiful fur baby. I can't remeber the vets name but thank you. Xx
