A fascinating old (Victorian) all wooden church. It was re-roofed some years ago and is nicely maintained. Very unusual to see this kind of building completely made of wood, even the chandeliers inside. I believe it was built an an overflow church from St Mary's. It still had regular services but not every Sunday. There is a hall at the back that I understand is available for hire. Parking is tricky in North Street, when services are on there is very limited parking in the church grounds.
Very lovely church, the Christians are great
Lovely place to come on a Tuesday 11am-1pm...if you like art or just to meet people.
