Great procedures in place to reduce Covid. Very pleasant staff and very pleasant offices.
One issue I had was Google maps took me next door to the college.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star very unprofessional and certainly lack of communication. Kept saying the wrong name not once but 5/6 times she even made a joke and said she would be hearing that name in her sleep. Who would laugh at their own incompetence during a wedding. Also as it was the last ceremony of the day ,they couldn't wait to get us out of there as it was a Friday afternoon. We all expected a different experience with a wedding with all the restrictions put in throughout the pandemic but we couldn't use the toilet, we couldn't go in and wait even though the chairs was put in correct distance. She kept saying oh dont come by me ! When we tried to walk past or take a picture. If that's the case she should have not returned back to work. They have cut the numbers down to 10 people which we all was fully aware of but I expected much more organisation than the experience that they give to the bride and groom. Gardens outside are also in a very disgusting state the whole experience was disastrous
Slightly difficult to find. Other than that staffs were very helpful.

We were both very happy with our little ceremony today, just perfect for what we wanted our wedding to be. The staff were wonderful and made us very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you from us both
