The staff is OK, everything went quick(payment and shopping) no car wash as put on Google search. So this review is only for Google not working search engine. NO CAR WASH

10.09.20 apx 07:10 rude staff! I got a coffee from the machine, half the milk shot out down the side of the machine so I was left with half a cup of coffee, said to the young guy behind the counter yout machines not working, he then said I had to pay for it, I said I wasn't going to pay for half a cup, he went to the machine, you could clearly see where the milk had hit the side of the machine ran into the drip tray, you didn't put your cup in properly he said, i did, I put it within the half circle guide.i said I want a full cup not a half cup, he then argued with me saying it is a full cup, no exaggeration it was half a cup. He told me to just take it, so I did, got in my car, he walks over to me asking me to pay! Gave him the coffee back. My work colleague pulled in the station straight after me, when I arrived to work I asked her if she got her coffee OK, she said no the guy was at the machine stuffing straws up the spout where the milk comes from, he said to her it was blocked!!!!

Rude staff. Twice now we've been trying to buy bread, milk etc and have told to hurry up and pay, so that someone with fuel to pay for can come in. It's so incredibly rude I'm quite shocked that the staff would think it's ok to do this. Esso have decided to only allow two people in this branch at a time, despite safe 2m distancing being possible for at least 6 people in the spacious shop. The way of dealing with the inevitable queue is not, apparently, to do it on a first come first served basis (like every other store that's limiting capacity at the moment). No, they just shout across the shop and tell you to hurry up. It's not even like we were hanging about, we'd been in there less than 5 minutes on both occasions! Why are the fuel purchasing customers more important than your regular locals? It's appalling service and we're shopping elsewhere for our essentials AND our fuel now. If you don't want to be whinged at for doing your shopping in a shop then I suggest you go elsewhere too.
