The Pharmasist was very rude
She kept me waiting for over an hour for my stop smoking prescription then she turned round and said she has more important things to be doing like flu vacinations

Its a busy place a pharmacy but the fact that they Never answer the phone is disgustingly poor. So instead you have walk 1 mile to ask have you this medicine or can i pull in a token from another pharmacy. I've tried calling on different days at different times and nothing just rings out. I know its difficult times but if their not going to pick up the phone, then remove number from website or say we dont take calls.
Easy access and friendly staff
Staff are rude, waiting time for the prescription was told 'at least half an hour'. It was quicker for me to go back to my car, drive to bluewater, walk to boots pharmacy and wait there instead, with the added benefit of friendlier people.
Absolutely shocking. Always a push to do shopping in the store next door. Always 20-30 mins to get tablets. Never have them or lose them (misplaced my arse). Never in any other chemist do you have to wait so long for a prescription. Everyone should avoid this place and close it down. Prescriptions can be sent out now so me need for these wastes of time. Frustrated is an understatement !!!
