Another first class visit to Rebecca for gorgeous colour and cut. Have been going to Rebecca since 2008 and would not go anywhere else. Her salon is stylish and professional, and her team of girls are always friendly and welcoming. They also offer beauty treatments and an excellent wig service. I highly recommend this salon, a great place to go to feel relaxed and pampered. xx

Having been recommended this Salon, I can honestly say I’m absolutely appalled at how I was spoken too and treated by the Staff today !!! Having booked an appointment with Grace for the 31/07/20 (only 3 days ago) I paid a £10 deposit to secure my booking (totally understandable due to the current situation). However I needed to cancel this as my new employment had been brought forward and I couldn’t commit to re-booking. When I asked for the return of my deposit I was told that this was non-refundable (NOT TOLD THIS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING!!!). When I explained that this was out of my control and that I had at least given them 1 weeks notice, giving them plenty of time to re-book another client into my slot, I was still met with a total disregard of my situation and that the ‘Deposit’ was non-refundable. Having been a Customer Service Manager for over 10 years I found the confrontation very distasteful, unprofessional and very rude. I was finally offered a £5 refund which was only offered as I was told this would be for the PPE that I had apparently paid for that I now wasn’t going to be using ??? (How much does an apron, mask and 2 x pumps of sanitiser cost ???). I have never ever before felt the need to complain about any service I have ever received in the 46 years of my life but this service has made me feel both angered and humiliated.

All the girls at Morgans are wonderful, however since having my breast cancer diagnosis Rebecca was one the first person I went to see, she is so supportive and helpful with the upsetting side effects of hair loss. I am now looking forward to going to the Pamper yourself evening. Keep up the wonderful work you do girls ❤
