Competitive price, but very average customer service. We arrived in the office and were not even acknowledged by the person at the counter who was on the phone, we waited for 10 min without anyone checking on us even though there were clearly other members of staff around.
Donut wheel was written as present on the checklist when actually it was missing.
It is a very old school rental place, everything seems to be on paper rather than computerized which is surprising in 2020 but, it is fine as long as everything is done the right way I suppose. However the office itself could you a serious refresh and a bit of colour to make it a bit more welcoming for tourists.

Better than enterprise, but has been difficult to get them to provide receipts for business transactions and recently I'm having to chase them for a partial refund when returning a car early. Disappointing really, I'd like to give them a good review.
Quick and easy to deal with. We hired a transit van to get our things in storage. Van was in great condition, clean and tidy, well priced. They don't try and sell you all the ad-ons like the bigger brands do. Thanks Guys!
