Very happy with the service that Jacob provided. He was not the cheapest of quotes I had but his knowledge and honesty over the phone convinced me he was the best choice. My carpets hadn’t been cleaned in along time and my sofa was disgusting! Both the carpets and the sofa cleaned up very well and has saved me a lot of money as they both have a lot more life in them now.
Great job done cleaning my sofas and bedroom carpets at my home in Welwyn. Price initially sounded high but the reviews convinced me to pay a bit extra. After seeing the difference in service offered by Jacob compared to carpet cleaners I’ve had in the past I thought the price I paid was very reasonable. Great results.
Brilliant attention to detail. Had carpet cleaning companies in before and they have never taken the cleaning service to the level premier carpet cleaning does. All the twins pasta sauce stains that I've struggled with have disappeared!! They were quick to reply at first point of contact also and friendly. Will be using regularly from now on!
Premier did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets. We have four cats so the carpets certainly needed cleaning. Premier brought them up like new. Highly recommended.
