As usual, clean n friendly staff
I went to visit the store today(30/12/2020) on my way home from work but I felt a bit uneasy about leaving my bike in a random place, so I decided to leave it within the store premises. I left my bike and as I was entering the shopping hall, a security guard approached me. To my surprise, she offered to keep an eye on my bike and allowed me to put it within her proximity. That was unexpected but hugely kind and humane of her. Her name is Daphne. Her gesture meant so much to me. It made my visit stress- and trouble-free. I hope this feedback will reach the corresponding department of M&S and recognise Daphne's customer service, which I will rate at the maximum as my work also involves working with customers, so customer experience is of utmost importance to me. I've lost the receipt so I decided to leave my feedback here. Thank you M&S for hiring Daphne, thanks to whom I enjoyed visiting your store. 🙂
No one about to help me
On entering the store I was greeted by a very welcoming ...very well mannered assistant... named Darren who also thanked me for using the hand sanitizer that was provided. The store itself was very neat and tidy.... well stocked rails of clothing. Lots of choice and plenty of different sizes..... even the sale rails were tidy.....Downstairs in the food hall was busy but there were enough staff to provide assistance if required. The shelves here were also very well stocked with lots of beautiful tempting food on offer. I found the whole shop very appealing. A great advert for M&S.
Thank you ever so much to Serena (the Italian manager at the branch in (West field) Stratford. She is the epitome of excellence and professionalism. I had a little issue with a product which was resolved by her kindly and promptly. Serena is store management material, truly a breath of fresh air. Thank you again!!
