Quiz Clothing

The sales associates were lovely however the lady that looked like the manager, Jade was an absolute disgrace. Not only was her attitude awful to customers but the way she spoke to her staff was appalling! She pulled one girl the the side and said "Look at this, is this some kind of joke? Do you just like making more work for me?". She yelled at another customer that headed towards the changing room and was rude and unprofessional when serving me at the till. The sales associate deserve bonus' and alot of recognition for having to deal with this terrible woman.

I have been a regular customer at quiz since last few weeks , however I had an issue with my last purchase.I bought a dress which was perfectly fine when I bought it at the store but when I got home and tried it was uncomfortable for me to sit down in it so I had to return it sadly . When I visited the store to return , the manager was very impatient and rude with me and was hesitant to take back the item, she was handling the issue very badly being inconsiderate about customers feelings speaking very rudely and instead of refunding my money she was forcing me to buy something else or just take back the item. I wanted to purchase something else in return however I could find one dress of my size( only one piece) but it was faulty with broken straps and it was still on display,I was surprised.i requested the manager to either get a fresh piece of that dress or just refund me my money, but she was hesitant and refused to refund without any valid reason and I was forced to buy something else, this has given me the worst horrible experience at quiz and also has wasted so much of my time and money. I am never returning there again and will make sure my friends don't go there as well!!!! Horrible managers there, being kind of racist as well!! Rude staff, they need intensive training on how to respect their customers and handle situations with care!!!
